摘要
目的:旨在对产后特有焦虑量表进行中文版修订和信效度检验,为在中国文化背景下研究产妇的焦虑情绪提供科学的测量工具。方法:于2020年5月至6月,采用方便取样的方法从北京、山东、四川等地的医院选取757名产妇进行调查。结果:量表共包含50个条目,4个因子:母亲能力和依恋焦虑、婴儿安全和健康焦虑、婴儿护理焦虑以及母亲的心理社会适应。验证性因素分析表明中文版量表的结构效度较好;且中文版量表总分及其四个维度与爱丁堡产后抑郁量表和焦虑自评量表的得分均呈显著正相关;量表总体的Cronbach’sα系数为0.95,分半信度为0.87;四个维度的Cronbach’sα系数在0.85~0.92之间,分半信度在0.77~0.87之间。结论:中文版产后特有焦虑量表具有良好的信效度,可作为评估产妇产后特有焦虑水平的一个有效工具。
Objective:To revise the postpartum specific anxiety scale(PSAS-CN)and to evaluate its reliability and validity in order to provide a scientific measurement tool for the research of maternal anxiety in the context of Chinese culture.Methods:From May to June 2020,757 mothers were selected from hospitals in Beijing,Shandong and Sichuan using a convenient sampling method.Results:The scale contains 50 items and 4 factors:maternal competence and attachment anxiety,infant safety and welfare anxiety,infant care anxiety,and psychosocial adjustment to motherhood.The confirmatory factor analysis verified that the Chinese version of the scale had good structural validity.The total scores of the revised scale and its four dimensions were significantly correlated with the scores of the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale and the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale.The overall Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the revised scale was 0.95 and the split-half reliability was 0.87;the four-dimensional Cronbach’sαcoefficients ranged from 0.85 to 0.92,and the split-half reliability was between 0.77 and 0.87.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Postpartum Specific Anxiety Scale had good reliability and validity.
