摘要
在30侧成人下肢标本上,观察了小腿内侧下1/3皮瓣血供,该皮瓣血供来自胫后动脉的肌间隙皮动脉。小腿内侧下1/3有1~3支肌间隙皮动脉穿出比目鱼肌与趾长屈肌间隙和深筋膜,在深筋膜表面形成丰富的血管网。本文讨论了小腿内侧岛状逆行移位的应用解剖学要点。
30 legs of adult cadavers were dissected.The blood vessels supplying the lower one third of the medial skin of the leg were cutaneous arteries running in intermuscular spaces,which originated from the posterior tibial artery.It was found that one to three cutaneous arteries emerged from the space between soleus muscle and long flexor of digits,and the deep fascia,and then formed a vascular network underneath the superficial fascia.The applied anatomical essentials related to the retrograde island fasciocutaneous flap were discussed.
