摘要
公共租赁住房是政府帮助民众解决住房难问题、保障民生底线、引导城市发展的重要举措,在城市住房供给体系中发挥着重要作用。但在当前公共租赁住房的标准化发展中还存在着许多问题亟待解决,尤其是在运营管理标准化方面。本文从当前公共租赁住房运营管理的发展现状出发,以温州市公租房的标准化运营管理实践为例,探讨如何将标准化融入公共租赁住房运营管理的过程当中,促进行业标准化发展。
Public rental housing is an important measure taken by the government to help people solve housing problems,ensure the bottom line of people’s livelihood and guide urban development.It plays an important role in the urban housing supply system.However,there are still many problems to be solved in the current standardized development of public rental housing.Especially in the area of operation and management standardization.This paper starts from the current development status of public rental housing operation and management,and takes the standardized practice of public rental housing operation and management in Wenzhou as an example to discuss how to integrate standardization into the process of public rental housing operation and management and promote the standardized development of the industry.
