摘要
近年来,工业生产对加工方式、加工效率提出了更高的要求,金刚石锯片的应用越来越多。针对当前金刚石锯片激光焊接质量不稳定引起的锯片刀头脱落、性能下降、生产安全等问题,从金刚石锯片激光焊接要点、激光焊接质量分析方法、激光焊接质量控制三个方面展开研究。研究表明:金刚石锯片激光焊接质量主要取决于锯片刀头的焊接质量;通过焊缝缺陷检测、焊接强度分析、焊缝显微硬度分析可实现金刚石锯片激光焊接质量评价;从材料、激光焊接设备、激光焊接工艺三个方面进行重点控制,可有效提升金刚石锯片激光焊接质量。
In recent years,industrial production has put forward higher requirements for processing methods and efficiency,and the application of diamond saw blades is increasing.In response to the problems of blade tip falling off,performance degradation,and production safety caused by the unstable quality of diamond saw blade laser welding,this study focuses on three aspects:key points of diamond saw blade laser welding,quality analysis methods for laser welding,and quality control for laser welding.Research has shown that the quality of diamond saw blade laser welding mainly depends on the welding quality of the saw blade head;Quality evaluation of diamond saw blade laser welding can be achieved through weld defect detection,welding strength analysis,and weld microhardness analysis;Focusing on controlling materials,laser welding equipment,and laser welding processes can effectively improve the quality of diamond saw blade laser welding.
