摘要
目的:观察藏医石敷疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:本研究选取2019—2022年在青海省藏医院行藏医石敷疗法的50例腰椎间盘突出症患者,通过评定藏医石敷疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效,得出临床应用价值。结果:接受藏医石敷治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者临床主要症状及体征均基本消失,日常活动基本恢复正常,有效率达80%以上。结论:本疗法疗效确切,应加大对该疗法挖掘、传承与创新力度。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of stone dressing in Tibetan medicine on lumbar disc herniation.Methods:from 2019 to 2022,50 cases of lumbar disc herniation were randomly selected from the medical records of Tibetan Hospital of Qinghai Province.Through the stone application therapy of Tibetan medicine,the specific efficacy of the stone application therapy of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation was evaluated,and the corresponding clinical application value was obtained.Results:the main clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with lumbar disc herniation treated by stone dressing of Tibetan medicine basically disappeared,and their daily activities basically returned to normal.The summary shows that the effective rate is more than 80%.Conclusion:the therapeutic effect of this therapy is accurate.We should strengthen the deeper excavation and further inheritance and innovation of this therapy.
