摘要
目的:分析不同模式临床医学博士培养过程和取得成果。方法:对"4+4"模式和"八年一贯制"学生生源情况、课程设置和考试成绩等进行分析和评价。结果:"4+4"模式学生生源质量好,学习能力强,在理论课学时数明显减少的条件下,综合考试成绩与"八年一贯制"持平,且明显高于五年制(P<0.05)。结论:"4+4"模式培养临床医学博士在我校已经取得可喜的成效,为医学教育改革积累了有益的经验。
Objective:To analyze the procedures and achievements of different modes of training clinical medical doctors.Methods:Differences in student sources,curricular plans and examination results between the 4+4 mode"and the"8-year consistent mode"were analyzed and evaluated.Results:Students recruited in the"4+4 mode"were from better sources and had stronger learning abilities.Although their teaching hours for basic medical sciences were reduced significantly as compared with the"8-year consistent mode"students,their comprehensive examination results were similar to those of the 5-year mode"students(P<0.05).Conclusion:The"4+4 mode"of training medical doctors in our school has achieved encouraging results and accumulated useful experience for promoting the medical education reform in China.
