摘要
保东水韭(Isoetes baodongii)是国家一级重点保护野生濒危植物,隶属水韭科水韭属。通过对诸暨市五泄林场附近原生地的保东水韭植株及其生长的土壤和水体的pH、各类元素和有机质含量进行测定,分析其生境特征和植株与环境的适应性,建立保护示范点1个,进行就地保护和引种繁育。该保护研究可有效扩大种群数量和分布地,对我国濒危植物保护具有重要意义。
Isoetes baodongii is one of the endangered plants under national protection.It belongs to genus Isoetes(Isoetaceae).Based on the determination of pH value,various elements and organic matter content of Isoetes baodongii and its growing soil and water in Zhuji Wuxie Forest Farm,the habitat characteristics and environmental adaptability of isoetes Baodong were analyzed,and a protection demonstration site was established for in situ protection,introduction and breeding.The conservation study can effectively the expand population number and distribution,and is of great significance to the protection endangered plants in China.
