摘要
通过对多元智能理论内涵、基本观点的陈述,对其在小学班级管理中的应用价值以及与现行小学班级管理机制的冲突进行了分析。在多元智能理论指导下,依据该理论在小学班级管理中的应用路径,使小学班级管理更加科学化,从而使每个小学生的多元潜能都能到挖掘和发展。
Through the statement of the connotation and basic viewpoints of Multi-intelligence Theory,the paper analyzes its application value in primary school class management and its conflicts with the current primary school class managementmechanism.Under the guidance of Multi-intelligence Theory,according to the application path of the theory in primary school classmanagement,the class management can be more scientific,so that each primary school student’s multi-potential can be excavatedand developed.
