提升研究生教育成效的多维度探索

Multi-Dimensional Exploration of Improving Postgraduate Education Effect

摘要 研究生教育成效如何涉及招生、培养和管理等多个环节。本文从发现优质生源、优化研究生培养管理等方面进行多维度考察,探讨提升研究生教育成效之路。从生源方面,主要是创新人才观,寻找优质的、最合适的生源;从过程管理方面,应加强研究生管理,优化培养之路,将教育前置以有效利用空档期。实证分析表明,学生能力的提升对提高研究生培养质量具有显著的积极影响,并且在其工作后的薪酬上也体现出正相关性。对于专业硕士而言,其能力可以通过高质量的实习实训得到提升,同时在薪酬上也能得到积极反馈,而过长的实习期反倒产生消极影响。双导师制对学生教育成效的影响还有待加强,需要建立更科学有效的导师指导与管理制度。 The effect of postgraduate education involves many aspects such as recruitment,training and management.We can multi-dimensionally explore the way to improve the effect of postgraduate education from the aspects of finding high-quality students and optimizing the management of postgraduate training.From the aspect of student source,we should mainly innovate the view of talent and look for high quality and the most suitable source of students.From the aspect of process management,we should strengthen the management of graduate students,optimize the way of training,and put education in front to make effective use of the gap period.The empirical analysis shows that the improvement of students’ability has a significant positive impact on improving the quality of postgraduate training,and also reflects a positive correlation on their salary after work.For professional masters,their abilities can be improved through high-quality internship and training,and at the same time,they can get positive feedback in terms of salary.However,a long internship has a negative impact.The influence of the dual tutoring system on the students’educational effect still needs to be strengthened,and a more scientific and effective tutoring and management system needs to be established.
