摘要
建立了用气相色谱法对大米中甲基嘧啶磷含量进行测定的方法,试验采用FPD检测器,外标法,自动进样,在建立的气相色谱条件下进行了方法验证,结果表明:甲基嘧啶磷检出限1μg/kg(进样量为1μL,S/N=3),标准曲线的线性范围分别为:0.1~1μg/mL(r=0.99937),样品加标回收率分为:86.7%~93.5%%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)3.26%。该方法回收率高、重现性好,是一种准确稳定操作快速简单的检测方法。
A method for determination of methyl pyrime phosphorus in rice by gas chromatography was established.Experiment used FPD detector,external standard method,and automatic sample injection,The method was verified under established gas chromatography.The results showed that the detection limit of methyl pyrimidine phosphorus was 1μg/kg(feed was 1μL,S/N=3),and the linear range of the standard curve was:0.1~1μg/mL(R=0.99937),respectively.The sample calibration recovery rate was:86.7%~93.5%,relative standard deviation RSD(N=10)3.26%.The method has high recovery rate and good reproducibility.It is a fast and simple detection method for accurate and stable operation.
