乳腺X线摄影、超声和MR对乳腺导管原位癌诊断的效能分析 被引量:5

摘要 乳腺导管原位癌(breastductal carcinoma in situ,DCIS)是一种局限于乳腺导管内的肿瘤性病变,在发病初期病灶的体积较小,在常规触诊中难以发现,若患者治疗不及时,可进展为浸润性乳腺癌,对患者生命健康造成严重威胁。因此早期诊断、早期治疗对患者预后有重要意义。
