摘要
自2020年出现的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情爆发以来,国家在“动态清零”疫情防控政策的有力管控下,现已进入到后疫情时代。但零星出现的疫情还是给高校的教学、管理、服务带来很多挑战。由于高校有学生来源广、到校后密集度高等特点,每次学生返校开学都是一次考验。如何精准掌握学生返校状态数据,是保证高校各项工作顺利开展的基础。通过实践,基于一体化信息平台、统一数据中心、采用微服务的方式构建返校管理服务,PC端、App端协同处理,学生、辅导员、疫情防控办等相关角色的人员方便操作,可全程精准掌握学生返校数据,为学校的返校管理工作提供有力的信息化支持。
Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus pneumonia in 2020, the country has entered the post-epidemic era under the strong control of the "dynamic clearing" epidemic prevention and control policy.However, the sporadic epidemic still brings many challenges to the teaching, management and service of colleges and universities. Because colleges and universities have the characteristics of a wide source of students and a high degree of density after arriving at the school, every time a student returns to school and starts school is a test.How to accurately grasp the status data of students returning to school is the basis for ensuring the smooth development of various work in colleges and universities.Through practice, based on an integrated information platform, a unified data center, and the use of micro-services to build a back-to-school management service, the PC side and the app side are collaboratively processed, and personnel in related roles such as students, counselors, and the Epidemic Prevention and Control Office are convenient to operate. Accurately grasp the data of students returning to school throughout the process, and provide strong information support for the school’s return to school management.
