摘要
地域文化不仅是中华民族的宝贵财富,更是地方经济发展的精神动力。如何挖掘地域文化中的优秀因子,将优秀地域文化融入人才培养全过程,达到以文化人、以文育人的目的,是地方高职院校教育工作者探讨的一个重要课题。
Regional culture is not only the precious wealth of Chinese nation,but also the spiritual power of local economic development.How to excavate the excellent factors in regional culture,integrate the excellent regional culture into the whole process of talent training,and achieve the goal of"educating people with culture"is an important topic for the education workers in local higher vocational colleges.
