摘要
目的评估子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者应用优质护理服务对于患者疾病认知和生活质量的影响。方法选择我院收治的子宫内膜息肉患者80例,随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例,均接受宫腔镜手术治疗。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组的认知率高于对照组(P<0.05),护理后,两组躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能和物质生活评分均高于护理前,观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总率小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术患者应用优质护理服务对于改善患者疾病认知和生活质量具有积极影响,值得使用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of quality nursing service on disease cognition and life quality of endometrial polyp patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 80 endometrial polyp patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery admitted to our hospital were selected and randomiy divided into 2 groups;40 cases in each,all patients were treated with hysteroscopic surgery;the control group were given conventional nursing,while the observation group were given quality nursing service;the nursing effects in the two groups were compared.Results The recognition rate of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality nursing service on endometrial polyp patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery,which has a positive effect on improving patients’disease cognition and quality of life and is worthy learning.
