摘要
目的:建立二十五味松石丸的X射线衍射(XRD)指纹图谱,并测定其主要衍射物相HgS的含量。方法:采用XRD法建立10批二十五味松石丸XRD指纹图谱;应用相似度评价、聚类分析、主成分分析、正交偏最小二乘判别分析综合评价10批样品的质量;运用K值法分别测定10批样品中HgS的含量。结果:初步建立了二十五味松石丸的XRD指纹图谱,主要衍射物相表现为HgS和CaCO_(3),在确立的13个共有峰中,5个共有峰为HgS的特征峰,1个共有峰为CaCO_(3)的特征峰;相似度评价结果表明10批二十五味松石丸样品的XRD指纹图谱相似度较高;聚类分析和主成分分析均可将10批样品分为2类;正交偏最小二乘判别分析结果显示有3个成分是造成不同批次间样品差异的主要标志物;K值法测得的HgS含量均低于2.00%。结论:XRD指纹图谱可用于二十五味松石丸的鉴定与分析,为二十五味松石丸质量标准的提高提供新的方法和思路。
Objective:To establish the X ray diffraction(XRD)fingerprint of Ershiwuwei songshi pills,to determine the content of main diffracted phase HgS.Methods:XRD method was used to establish the fingerprint of 10 batches of Ershiwuwei songshi pills,the quality of 10 batches of samples was comprehensively evaluated by similarity analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least square discriminate analysis.The content of HgS in 10 batches of samples was determined by K value method.Results:XRD fingerprint of Ershiwuwei songshi pills was preliminarily established.The main diffracted phases were HgS and CaCO_(3).Among the 13 common peaks established,five peaks were the characteristic peaks of HgS,and one peak was the characteristic peak of CaCO_(3).Similarity analysis results showed that the XRD fingerprints of 10 batches of Ershiwuwei songshi pills had high similarity.According to the results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis,10 batches of samples were divided into two categories.The results of orthogonal partial least square discriminant analysis showed that 3 components were the main markers for the difference of different batches of samples;The content of HgS measured by K value method was lower than 2.00%.Conclusion:XRD fingerprint can be used for the identification and analysis of Ershiwuwei songshi pills,which can provide new method and idea for the promotion of the quality standard of Ershiwuwei songshi pills.
