摘要
目的:研究大戟脂的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱手段对大戟脂进行分离纯化,并通过^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR等波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从大戟脂中共纯化分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:23,24-dihyroeuphatexol B(1)、eupha-8,24-diene-3β-ol-7,11-dione(2)、(24R)-eupha-8,25-diene-3β,24-diol(3)、(20R,23E)-eupha-8,23-diene-3β,25-diol(4)、eupha-24-methylene-8-ene-3β-ol-7,11-dione(5)、3β-hydroxy-25-methyloxylanosta-8,23-diene(6)、euphorol D(7)、euphorbol-7-one(8)、kansenone(9)、kansenol(10)。结论:其中,化合物1为新的降三萜类化合物。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from resinous secretion of Euphorbia resinifera.Methods:The chemical constituents from resinous secretion of Euphorbia resinifera were isolated and purified by column chromatographic techniques.The structures were identified by^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and other spectral techniques.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from resinous secretion of Euphorbia resinifera and identified as 23,24-dihyroeuphatexol B(1),eupha-8,24-diene-3β-ol-7,11-dione(2),(24R)-eupha-8,25-diene-3β,24-diol(3),(20R,23E)-eupha-8,23-diene-3β,25-diol(4),eupha-24-methylene-8-ene-3β-ol-7,11-dione(5),3β-hydroxy-25-methyloxylanosta-8,23-diene(6),euphorol D(7),euphorbol-7-one(8),kansenone(9),kansenol(10),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compound 1 is a new descending triterpenoid compound.
