干燥酸橙果实直径与黄酮类成分的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探究干燥酸橙果实直径与黄酮类成分含量的相关性。方法:利用UPLC法分别测定不同直径(1.0~4.4 cm)干燥酸橙果实中新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、枸橘苷、柚皮素、橙皮素等13个黄酮类成分含量,采用聚类分析和主成分分析,对其峰面积进行综合分析。结果:聚类分析和主成分分析结果均显示整体上直径<2.5 cm各组可聚为一类,其他直径组别可聚为一类;含量测定结果显示,新橙皮苷、柚皮苷和枸橘苷在酸橙中的含量明显高于其他黄酮类成分,干燥酸橙果实中部分黄酮类成分含量与直径具有相关性,其中新橙皮苷和柚皮苷相关性最为显著,柚皮素和橙皮素可在直径较小(直径≤2.8 cm)的样品中检测到。结论:酸橙直径大小与黄酮类成分含量具有一定相关性;直径2.5~3.0 cm干燥酸橙果实建议作为枳壳入药。 Objective:To explore the correlation between the dry fruit of Citrus aurantium diameter and flavonoids contents.Methods:UPLC method was used to determine the contents of 13 flavonoids(including neohesperidin,naringin,poncirin,naringenin,hesperidin)in the dry fruit of Citrus aurantium with different diameters(1.0 to 4.4 cm).Cluster analysis and principal component analysis were used to comprehensively analyze the peak area.Results:The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that each group with diameter less than 2.5 cm could be clustered into one group,and other diameter groups could be clustered into one group.The results of content determination showed that the contents of neohesperidin,naringin and poncirin in the dry fruit of Citrus aurantium were obviously higher than other flavonoids.The content of some flavonoids in the dry fruit of Citrus aurantium was correlated with the diameter,and the correlation between neohesperidin and naringenin was the most obvious.Naringenin and hesperidin could only be detected in samples with small diameter(diameter≤2.8 cm).Conclusion:There is a correlation between the diameter of the dry fruit of Citrus aurantium and the content of flavonoids.The dry fruit of Citrus aurantium with diameter 2.5~3.0 cm is recommended as a medicine for Aurantii Fructus.
