摘要
目的观察舒适化护理用于小儿急性喉炎超强氧化疗吸入治疗中的效果。方法选取70例于2019年1月-2021年1月在本院治疗的急性喉炎患儿为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分成对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),在超强氧化疗吸入治疗的基础上,分别予以常规护理与舒适化护理,比较两组症状消失时间与住院时间、治疗30min后血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、患儿护理依从率及家属护理满意度。结果观察组声音嘶哑、犬吠样咳嗽、吸气性喉鸣、呼吸困难等症状消失时间与住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗30min后SpO_(2)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿护理依从率与家属护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适化护理用于小儿急性喉炎超强氧化疗吸入治疗中,可明显缩短患儿症状消退与住院时间,提高患儿的护理依从性与家属护理满意度。
Objective To observe the effect of comfort nursing in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis by super-oxidative inhalation therapy.Methods A total of 70 children with acute laryngitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)by random number table method,On the basis of super-oxidative inhalation therapy,routine nursing and comfort nursing were given respectively,and the time of symptom disappearance and hospitalization time,blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))after 30 minutes of treatment,children’s nursing compliance rate and family nursing were compared between the two groups.satisfaction.Results The disappearance time and hospitalization time of symptoms such as hoarseness,barking cough,inspiratory larynx,dyspnea in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);SpO_(2)was higher than that in the control group after 30 minutes of treatment The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing compliance rate and family members’nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can significantly shorten the symptom subsidence and hospitalization time of children in the treatment of children with acute laryngitis by super-oxidative inhalation therapy,and improve the nursing compliance of children and the nursing satisfaction of family members.
