摘要
目的分析研究循证护理在老年留置胃管患者鼻饲液反流及误吸的的应用价值。方法选取本院72例老年留置胃管患者鼻饲作为本次的研究对象,时间2020年9月-2021年9月,采取随机颜色球抽取法将所有患者分为参照组行常规护理和研究组行循证护理,各36例。比较两组吸入性肺炎发生情况及依从性。结果研究组吸入性肺炎发生率为2.78%,参照组为19.44%,明显低于参照组(P<0.05),研究组依从性为100.00%,参照组为83.33%,明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理的应用价值更高,可有效降低老年留置胃管患者吸入性肺炎发生率,并取得患者的积极配合,具有推广价值。
Objective To analyze the application value of evidence-based nursing in elderly patients with gastric tube feeding reflux and aspiration.Methods Seventy-two elderly patients with indwelling gastric tube in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study.From September 2020 to September 2021,all patients were divided into the reference group for routine nursing and the study group for routine care by random color ball extraction method.Evidence-based nursing,36 cases each.The incidence and compliance of aspiration pneumonia between the two groups were compared.Results The incidence rate of aspiration pneumonia in the study group was 2.78%,and that in the reference group was 19.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has higher application value,can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia in elderly patients with indwelling gastric tube,and obtain the active cooperation of patients,which has promotion value.
