摘要
实践教学改革和发展是职业教育领域的焦点问题。实习作为实践教学的主要形式,其教学管理是一个复杂、开放和动态的系统工程。以系统科学为理论基础,把实习管理体系划分为目标管理、运行管理、资源管理、安全管理和评价管理5个子系统。以校企双方的利益与责任为目标导向,通过搭建协同创新平台,推动实践教学师资、场地和信息等资源要素有效配置,利用信息系统实施信息化双线并行全过程运行管理,并突出安全管理和学生质量评价管理,构建契合粤港澳大湾区经济发展和人才培养需求的高水平现代实习管理体系。
The reform and development of practical teaching are the focus issues in the field of vocational education.Internship is the main form of practical teaching,and its teaching management is a complex,open and dynamic system engineering.Based on system science,the internship management system is divided into five subsystems:target management,operation management,resource management,safety management and evaluation management.Guided by the interests and responsibilities of both schools and enterprises,through the establishment of a collaborative innovation platform,the effective allocation of resources such as practical teaching teachers,venues and information is promoted,and the information system is used to implement information-based two-line parallel operation and management of the entire process,and safety management and student quality evaluation management is highlighted,to build a high-level modern internship management system that meets the economic development and talent training needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
