摘要
职业技术教育已经成为经济发展的主要催化剂,其有助于提升社会包容性、强化国际竞争力。作为非洲职业技术教育的典型代表,尼日利亚、南非和加纳确立了职业技术教育人才培养路径,包括明确职业技术教育人才培养目标,设计职业技术教育专业学科课程,构建职业技术教育学生入学基准,强化职业技术教育教师资格培训,实施职业技术教育学业评价。并通过政策引领、机构参与、行业协同、质量监测等手段,推动尼日利亚、南非和加纳构建起了职业技术教育人才培养保障机制。
The emergence of Technical and Vocational Education and Training as a social and economic development tool in developing countries requires attention in order to retain talent and enhance the quality of education.As the typical representative in Nouth Africa,TVET in Nigeria,South Africa and Ghana have unique development paths including clear talent training objectives,the design of professional courses,students admission benchmarks,and strengthening teachers’qualification training.The three countries as a whole have built talent training assurance mechanism through department strategic scheme,comprehensive focus on governance,promoting industrial organization and win-win cooperation and quality monitoring.
