摘要
劳模精神是我国民族精神与时代精神的集中体现,是我国进行社会主义现代化建设的宝贵精神财富。上海城建职业学院开展了劳模精神育人机制的探索与实践,以劳模特聘教授团队、劳模育人实践基地、劳模文化教育展示基地建设为基础,以劳模理论研究和课程教材开发为支撑,以新时代劳模精神教育中心为抓手,构建了以劳模精神引领的育人模式,为高职院校开展劳模精神育人活动提供借鉴和参考。
The spirit of model workers is a concentrated expression of national spirit and the times spirit,and is a precious spiritual wealth for socialist modernization in China.Through the exploration and practice of the model workers’spirit education mechanism,Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College is based on the construction of a model-employed professor team,a model-worker education practice base,and a model-worker cultural education display base,supported by model-worker theory research and curriculum and teaching material development.Taking the new era model worker spirit education center as a starting point,we have constructed an education mode led by the model worker spirit,providing reference for higher vocational colleges to carry out model worker spirit education.
