摘要
进入新时代,“国际可交流”已成为我国高职教育改革的重要导向之一。从生态位视角来看,高职教育同样存在着与自然生态系统相对应的结构层次。高职教育国际化作为其子系统,是高职教育生态位宽度拓展和生态位扩充的新路径,是在全球化大背景下,高职教育通过“引进来”与“输出去”的资源配置活动,实现培养国际化高等技术技能型人才的需要。目前,我国高职教育国际化面临的困厄,主要表现在生态位“宽度”承载力弱,生态位“态势”定位模糊,生态位“重叠”现象严重。为此,高职教育国际化生态位定位应彰显自我特色,扩展其张力,并注重内外协同机制与平台建设。
In the new era,“International Exchange”has become one of the important directions of China’s higher vocational education reform.From the perspective of niche theory,higher vocational education also has a structure level corresponding to the natural ecosystem.As a subsystem,the internationalization of higher vocational education,which,under the background of globalization,is the need for higher vocational education to cultivate international higher technical and skilled talents through allocation activities on both“introducing”and“exporting”higher vocational education resources,is a new path to expand the width and ecostate-ecorole of higher vocational education niche.At present,the internationalization of China’s higher vocational education is mainly manifested in the following aspects like the weak carrying capacity of the niche width,the unclear positioning of the niche“ecostate-ecorole”,and the serious“overlap”of the niche.Therefore,as the orientation of higher vocational education internationalization,its own characteristics should be highlighted,with its sustainability being expanded,and the construction of internal and external coordination mechanism and platform should be focused on.
