摘要
石膏味辛、甘,性大寒,入肺、胃两经,有辛凉透表、清热泻火之功,又可清热降逆止呕,临床上凡风热袭表、血热生风所致急慢性荨麻疹,出现皮肤瘙痒灼热、皮疹、口唇红肿、心烦不安、潮热盗汗等症,以及慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃神经官能症出现胃热灼盛导致的恶心呕吐不止、口气臭秽、胃脘痞塞疼痛、口干口苦欲冷饮、大便秘结等症,用之得当,疗效显著,临证用药时石膏用量必须在30 g以上。
The medicinal taste of Shigao(Gypsum)is pungent and sweet,the medicinal property is severe cold,and the active components enter into lung and stomach meridians.Acute and chronic urticaria caused by wind-heat attacking the surface and blood-heat generating wind may show clinical symptoms such as skin itching and burning,rash,red and swollen lips,upset,hot flashes,night sweating,etc..Chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric neurosis may show some clinical symptoms due to heartburn in stomach,such as nausea and vomiting,bad breath,epigastric ruffian pain,xerostomia,bitter taste in mouth,a lover of cold drinks,constipation and so on.All the above clinical symptoms can be treated with Shigao.The curative effect was significant,and the amount of Shigao in clinical application must be more than 30 g.
