摘要
目的:探讨加味补阳还五汤在临床急性脑血栓患者治疗中的应用与效果。方法:采取随机数字表法将临沂市中医医院收治的102例急性脑血栓患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各51例,对照组给予其常规治疗,观察组给予加味补阳还五汤治疗,并观察两组治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为74.51%(38/51),显著低于观察组的96.08%(49/51),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者Bathel指数(Barthel Index,BI)与生活质量评价量表(Quality of Life,QOL)积分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者Bathel指数与QOL积分均显著高于对照组治疗后,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗后观察组患者各项血液流变学指标水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对临床急性脑血栓患者情况,在西医治疗基础上加用加味补阳还五汤治疗,可明显改善患者情况,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the application and effect of modified Buyang Huanwu decoction(加味补阳还五汤)on clinical acute cerebral thrombosis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into two groups by using digital random method,with 51 cases in each group.They were given conventional treatment and modified Buyang Huanwu decoction respectively,and the treatment effects in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in Bathel index and QOL score(P>0.05).After treatment,the Bathel index and QOL score in the control group were significantly higher than the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with clinical acute cerebral thrombosis,modified Buyang Huanwu decoction can significantly improve the patient’s condition on the basis of Western medicine treatment,the effect is significant,and it is worth promoting.
