摘要
在自然会话中,韵律作为一种重要资源参与互动的组织过程。本文首先介绍了会话语音学研究范式的两大理论背景,即弗斯的语言学思想和会话分析学派的方法;其次,以话语延伸和会话重叠为例,整理和回顾了这两种互动现象中语音韵律相关的重要研究成果。文章最后强调会话中的语音韵律研究需要紧密联系社会行为,并具体阐释了自然会话语音分析的七条研究原则。
Prosody is an integral component of language use;it is constantly deployed in organizing social interactions and constructing social actions,together with grammar,body movements,hand gestures and other modalities.This article sets out a review of the theories,methodologies,and major findings of the study of phonology-for-conversation.It firstly introduces the two theoretical foundations for this research paradigm,then looks at the studies of phonetics and prosody in two particular interactional phenomena-increment and overlap.The article is concluded with an elucidation of the seven principles for noticing and analysing phonetic and prosodic patterns in conversation,underscoring the use of naturally occurring data,participants'perspective,and the omnirelevance of sequential positions and social actions.
