表皮葡萄球菌在特应性皮炎发病机制中的研究进展

摘要 特应性皮炎(Atopic Dermatitis,AD)是一种以剧烈瘙痒、反复发作的湿疹样皮疹为主要临床特征的慢性炎症性皮肤病。AD的发病机制与遗传、环境、皮肤屏障功能障碍、皮肤微生物定植、免疫异常反应等因素相关。皮肤菌群紊乱在AD的发生发展中起着重要的作用。表皮葡萄球菌是定植在人体皮肤表面最常见的正常菌群,近年来被发现作为无辜或共生的旁观者在AD发病中发挥重要作用,但其在AD病理生理学中的具体作用机制尚不清楚。本文就表皮葡萄球菌在正常情况下对皮肤免疫的影响和在AD发病过程中的作用及分子机制进行综述。 Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by severe itching and recurrent eczema rashes.The pathogenesis of AD is associated with genetic,environmental,skin barrier dysfunction,skin microbial colonization,and abnormal immune response.What′s more,skin flora disorders are responsible for the development of AD.Staphylococcus epidermidis,the most common normal flora colonizing the human skin surface,has been found to play an important role in the pathogenesis of AD as an innocent or commensal bystander in recent years.However,its specific mechanism of action in the pathophysiology of AD is unclear.In this review,we summerized the effects of staphylococcus epidermidis on skin immunity under normal conditions and the role and molecular mechanisms in the pathogenesis of AD.
