内异症患者全冻后初次FET相关助孕情况分析

摘要 目的探究全胚冷冻后初次冻融胚胎移植(FET)的内异症患者助孕情况。方法选取2018年1月-2019年6月在本中心行试管婴儿治疗全胚冷冻后初次FET 103例EMS患者为研究对象,共行促排卵116周期。依照促排方案不同将患者分为A、B、C三组。对比三组患者促排前、促排中及促排后FET相关临床及实验室情况。结果A组Gn用量、Gn使用天数、获卵数、优胚率高于B、C两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);三组间FET结局差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三组促排卵方案结局相当,微刺激方案可作为经济状况不良患者的首选方案。
