摘要
目的:本文总结我院在降低药占比中采取的措施以及取得成效,为控制药品费用的增长、促进合理用药提供参考。方法:比较我院2016年—2018年调控前后的药品销售金额、医院总收入、药占比等数据,结合我院实行的相关调控措施和政策进行讨论分析。结果:我院根据药物特性制定适合我院的药物分级目录,并结合临床科室用药明细,设定药占比目标值以及考核细则,加强处方/医嘱合理性点评,开展药物动态监控及预警机制,使2018年药占比降到29.6%。结论:我院通过相关措施干预临床用药后,可有效降低药占比,减轻患者经济负担,促进合理用药。
Objective:The measures taken by our hospital to reduce the ratio of hospital controlled drugs,and results achieved were summarized in the paper to provide a reference for controlling the increase in drug costs and promoting rational drug use.Method:The amount of drug sales,total hospital revenue and the ratio of hospital controlled drugs before and after control form 2016 to 2018 were compared,and the related control measures and policies in our hospital were discussed and analyzed.Results:The drug classification catalogues suitable for our hospital were formulated according to the drug characteristics,and the target value of the hospital controlled drug ratio and detailed examination rules are set in combination with the drug use details in clinical departments.In addition,the rational comments of prescriptions/medical orders were strengthened,and the dynamic monitoring and early warning mechanism of drugs was conducted to reduce the hospital controlled drug ratio in 2018 to 29.6%.Conclusion:After clinical drug use is intervened in our hospital,the ratio of hospital controlled drugs can be effectively reduced,so the financial burden on patients is reduced and rational drug use is promoted.
