摘要 针对多峰结构模型的FDM打印,存在喷头回抽次数多、空走距离长的缺陷,提出一种依据切片轮廓的拓扑关系分区打印的路径规划算法,并考虑不同打印区域与喷头的干涉影响,使打印路径安全可靠。该算法基于开源CloudCompare软件开发出切片原型系统,将实例输出的分区打印路径与传统方式得到的打印路径在CIMCO Edit软件中进行仿真验证。结果表明,空走次数与模型自身结构和层厚值有关,分区打印路径规划算法得到的打印路径稳定,且空走次数和距离与传统打印方式相比明显减小。 In fused deposition modelling(FDM)printing technology,the quality of the print path planning algorithm directly affects the surface quality and the fabricating efficiency of the product.For the multi-peak model structure,there may be many defects,such as many times of retraction and long-distance of vacancy.The path planning algorithm of partition printing based on the topological relationship of slice contour is proposed.It takes the interference effects of different regions into account,aiming to make the printing path safe and reliable.This algorithm develops a slice prototype system based on open source CloudCompare software,and simulates the print path of the partitioned output from the actual example.The print path obtained by the traditional way in the CIMCO Edit software.The results show that 1)the number of idling is related to the structure and the layer thickness of the model;2)the partition print path planning algorithm is stable and empty;3)the number and distance are significantly reduced compared to conventional printing methods.
