摘要
为实现回转窑运行状态的故障检测,分析了故障状态下回转窑筒体与托轮之间的受力关系,建立托轮振动模型,得出窑故障与托轮位移振动的关系。针对托轮位移振动信号的非平稳特性,提出一种基于零空间追踪的回转窑故障特征信号的提取方法。该方法通过对仿真数据和窑实测数据的处理,表明其能较准确和高效提取出两个窑故障特征谐波KF和RF,并以筒体特征频率KF和托轮特征频RF的平均能量作为评价参数,二者可有效反映窑各挡筒体弯曲和各托轮受力状况及超载的故障程度,其为检测回转窑故障及识别提出了一种新思路。
To realize the fault diagnosis of the running state of the rotary kiln,the relationship between the rotary kiln barrel and the supporting rollers in the fault state has been analyzed.The vibration model gives the correlation between the kiln failure and the vibration of the supporting roller.Aiming at the non-stationary characteristics of the vibration of the supporting rollers,a method for extracting the eigenvalues of the rotary kiln based on Null Space Pursuit(NSP)was proposed.By processing the simulation and the measured data of the kiln,this method shows that it can accurately and efficiently extract two eigenvalues of the kiln in terms of KF and RF.The average energy values of the eigenfrequencies KF(main cylinder)and RF(supporting wheel)are used to evaluate the bending of each block of the kiln,the stress condition of each supporting wheel,and the degree of failure of overload.Thus,this work provides a novel practical pathway for fault diagnosis of the rotary kiln.
