考虑激励机制的多项目多班组制造资源配置研究

A Research on Multi-project and Multi-team Manufacturing Resource Allocation Considering Incentive Mechanism

摘要 针对企业制造资源配置失衡的问题,提出一种考虑激励机制的多项目多班组的制造资源配置方法。建立了以考虑时间和成本因素的奖励金额最大化、质量最优和满意度最高为目标的资源配置模型,并通过NSGA-Ⅱ算法对此模型进行求解。以某建材装备制造企业的制造工艺资源配置为例,验证了模型的有效性和实用性,为制造企业多任务资源配置问题研究提供参考。 To optimize the unbalanced allocation of manufacturing resources,a multi-project and multi-team manufacturing resource allocation method was proposed based on incentive mechanism.A resource allocation model that considering maximizing the reward amount with time and cost factors as well as achieving the best quality and the highest satisfaction has been developed.NSGA-Ⅱalgorithm was used to solve this model.An resource allocation example for an equipment manufacturing company has been implemented to verify the validity and practicability of the model.This work provides a reference for researchers who dealing with the optimization of the multi-task resource allocation of manufacturing enterprises.
