摘要
针对磁悬浮转子由于其无接触、无摩擦、转速高等特点带来的不平衡振动问题更为突出,而且转子不平衡力的大小与方位都是未知的,无法对不平衡进行补偿或校正的问题,以不平衡质量m与偏心距e的乘积作为转子不平衡参数,提出了一种基于转子动力学模型的磁悬浮转子不平衡参数辨识算法,以实现对磁悬浮转子的不平衡参数进行辨识。建立了磁悬浮转子动力学模型并对算法进行了仿真研究与实验验证,证明了算法的可行性。
This paper presents a proposal for an algorithm to identify the unbalance parameters of a magnetic suspension rotor.The proposed approach is based on a rotor dynamics model and involves calculating the product of unbalance mass and eccentricity as the rotor unbalance parameter.The dynamic model of the magnetic levitation rotor is established,and the algorithm is verified through simulation and experimental results,demonstrating its feasibility.
