一次性口服钙剂在单采血小板献血者中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析一次性口服钙剂在单采血小板献血者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1—7月于扬州市中心血站进行单采血小板的献血者2 456例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=1 480)与观察组(n=976)。对照组在单采血小板过程中少量多次口服钙剂,观察组在单采血小板前一次性口服钙剂。比较两组钙离子、磷离子、甲状旁腺激素水平及枸橼酸盐中毒反应发生情况。结果:两组采集前甲状旁腺激素、钙离子、磷离子水平以及采集后钙离子、磷离子水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);采集后,两组甲状旁腺激素水平高于采集前,但观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.024)。结论:一次性口服钙剂应用于单采血小板的效果较好,献血者枸橼酸钠中毒反应发生率低。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of single oral administration of calcium agents in blood donors with platelet apheresis.Methods:A total of 2456 blood donors who underwent platelet apheresis in Yangzhou Blood Center from January 2023 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group(n=1480)and observation group(n=976)according to random number table method.The control group was given low-dose multiple oral administrations of calcium agents during platelet apheresis,and the observation group was given single oral administration of calcium agents before platelet apheresis.The levels of calcium ion,phosphorus ion,parathyroid hormone and citrate toxic reaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the levels of parathyroid hormone,calcium ion and phosphorus ion before collection and the levels of calcium ion and phosphorus ion after collection between the two groups(P>0.05);After collection,the levels of parathyroid hormone in the two groups were higher than those before collection,but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).The incidence of sodium citrate toxic reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.024).Conclusion:The effect of single oral administration of calcium agents has better effects for platelet apheresis,and the incidence of sodium citrate toxic reaction in blood donors is low.
