摘要 供销合作社是中国共产党为应对物资短缺、保障物资供应而创立的一种流通组织,在近百年的发展中经历了萌芽与形成、曲折发展、停滞沉默、转型升级四个时期,在新时代成为助力乡村振兴战略实施的重要力量。供销合作社通过延伸产业链、贯通供应链、衔接流通链、提升价值链,做强做大做实做长乡村振兴的产业链、供应链、流通链、价值链,实现“四链同构”。供销合作社以组织振兴扎牢乡村振兴战略实施之“根”,以产业振兴锻造乡村振兴战略实施之“骨”,以人才振兴夯实乡村振兴战略实施之“基”,以文化振兴凝聚乡村振兴战略实施之“魂”,以生态振兴打造乡村振兴战略实施之“美”,以优质服务强健乡村振兴战略实施之“肌”,以现代流通畅通乡村振兴战略实施之“脉”,推动乡村振兴战略实施。 Supply and marketing cooperatives are a kind of circulation organization founded by the Communist Party of China in order to cope with the shortage of materials and ensure the supply of materials.In the past 100 years of development,they have experienced four periods of germination and formation,tortuous development,stagnation and silence,and transformation and upgrading.In the new era,they have become an important force to support the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.By extending the industrial chain,connecting the supply chain,connecting the circulation chain and upgrading the value chain,the supply and marketing cooperatives strengthen the industrial chain,supply chain,circulation chain and value chain of rural revitalization,realizing the"four chains are the same structure".In order to promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,supply and marketing cooperatives should strengthen the"root"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through organizational revitalization,forge the"bone"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through industrial revitalization,strengthen the"basis"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through talent revitalization,gather the"soul"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through cultural revitalization,create the"beauty"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy through ecological revitalization,strengthen the"muscle"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy with high-quality services,and facilitate the"pulse"of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy with modern circulation.
