摘要
目的:探索幽门螺杆菌感染与湿热生虫的关系及清热祛湿法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的可行性。方法:以“幽门螺杆菌”和“中药”为关键词,检索中国知网中医药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的相关文献,将筛选和规范后的方剂录入中医传承辅助平台,对药物的性味、归经等进行频次统计分析,基于关联规则进行组方规律分析,对方剂进行聚类分析,挖掘出核心药物组合,并在此基础上生成新方。结果:共筛选出92首方剂,141味中药;四气以寒性、温性、平性为主;五味以辛味、苦味、甘味为主;归经以脾经、胃经为主;功效以补虚、清热、理气、化痰、祛湿为主;药物以清热祛湿类药物为主;挖掘出3首核心方,分别由蒲公英、黄连、甘草、木香、半夏、白芍、黄芪、陈皮、白术、茯苓等药物组成。结论:中药治疗幽门螺杆菌感染以扶正清热祛湿为主,幽门螺杆菌感染与中医湿热生虫存在一定联系。
Objective:To explore the relationship between helicobacter pylori infection and the theory of dampness-heat producing insects and the feasibility of clearing heat and removing dampness in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:With"helicobacter pylori"and"Chinese medicinals"as the keywords,the relevant literature on the treatment of helicobacter pylori in-fection with TCM in the CNKI were retrieved,and the screened and standardized formulas were put into the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,then the frequency statistical analysis on the nature,flavor,channel tropism,etc.of the drugs were carried out,and the laws of formula formation based on association rules were analyzed,and the relevant formulas were given a cluster analysis in order to find out the core drug combinations,and then generate new formulas on this basis.Results:A to-tal of 92 formulas and 141 Chinese medicinals were screened out.The four natures were mainly cold,warm and mild.The five fla-vors were mainly pungent,bitter and sweet.The main channel tropism involved the spleen and stomach;The main functions were tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,regulating qi,resolving phlegm and removing dampness;Drugs were mainly heat-clearing and dampness-removing drugs.Three clustering core formulas were excavated,which were composed of 10 Chinese medicinals,inclu-ding Pugongying(Herba Taraxaci),Huanglian(Rhizoma Coptidis),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae),Muxiang(Radix Aucklandi-ae),Banxia(Rhizoma Pinelliae),Baishao(Radix Paeoniae Alba),Huangqi(Radix Scutellariae),Chenpi(Pericarpium Citri Re-ticulatae),Baizhu(Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae),and Fuling(Poria).Conclusion:The treatment of helicobacter pylori in-fection with Chinese medicinals mainly focuses on strengthening the body's healthy qi,clearing away heat and removing dampness.Helicobacter pylori infection is related to the theory of dampness-heat producing insects in TCM.
