摘要
原发性肝癌(简称肝癌)的病因复杂,病机多变,临床在辨证论治的基础上多给予中药方剂、中成药及中医外治法治疗,无论是医案分析还是临床研究数据,均表明中医药治疗肝癌能够改善患者临床症状、延长生存期、提高生活质量和降低不良反应。目前,中医药治疗肝癌的研究较多,如基于数据库文献分析的系统评价与Meta分析、在分子生物学层面建立其疗效的客观指标、基于大样本的回顾性队列研究等,但可靠的研究证据较少,今后需进行高质量、数据可靠的临床试验,为中医药治疗肝癌提供更可靠的理论依据。
The etiology of primary liver cancer(liver cancer for short)is complex and the pathogenesis is changeable.Based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,Chinese medicinal formula,Chinese patent medicine,and TCM external treatment are often adopted.Both medical case analysis and clinical research data can show that the treatment of primary liver cancer with TCM can improve the clinical symptoms,prolong the survival period,improve the quality of life,and reduce the adverse reactions of Western medicine.At present,there are many researches on the treatment of liver cancer with TCM,such as systematic review and Meta-analysis based on database literature analysis,establishment of objective indicators of curative effect at the level of molecular biology,retrospective cohort study based on large samples,etc.,but there is few reliable research evidence.In the future,high-quality and reliable clinical trials are needed to provide more reliable theoretical basis for the treatment of liver cancer with TCM.
