以天津石化聚丙烯装置生产的熔融指数为18 g/10 min的均聚聚丙烯粉料作为基料,通过优化聚合工艺参数和造粒工艺参数,开发专用添加剂配方,形成了透明聚丙烯注塑专用料的成套生产技术,各项性能指标均达到了同类进口产品的先进水平,通过了相关认证。经试用,用户反映良好,认为该产品透明性好、流动性好、光泽度好、刚性高。
Based on the research of Tianjin Petrochemical Polypropylene Plant's homogeneous polypropylene powder with a melt index of 18 g/10min as the base material,by optimizing the polymerization process parameters and the granulation process parameters,the development of special additive formulations has been formed to form transparent polypropylene for injection molding.Complete set of production technology of raw materials,all performance indicators have reached the advanced level of similar imported products,and passed relevant certifications.After PPH-M20 was introduced to the market,users have responded well and believe that this product has good transparency,good fluidity,good gloss,and high rigidity,which is welcomed by the market.
