摘要
目的:观察加味四逆散联合草酸艾司西酞普兰肝郁脾虚型抑郁症的临床效果。方法:将符合标准的67例肝郁脾虚型的抑郁症患者随机分为2组。对照组33例,每天予口服草酸艾司西酞普兰10mg,观察组34例,在对照组治疗基础上予口服加味四逆散。2组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后的临床疗效、中医证候评分(TCMSSS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为88.24%,对照组总有效率78.79%,2组经治疗后,TCMSSS、HAMD、SDS、PSQI评分均呈下降,且观察组效果更优(P<0.05)。结论:加味四逆散联合草酸艾司西酞普兰治疗肝郁脾虚型抑郁症效果优于单用西药抗抑郁治疗。
Objective:To observe the curative of Modified Sini Powder combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets the treatment of in the depressed patient caused by liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods:67 patients with depression of liver and spleen deficiency were divided into two groups by random number table method.And 33 patients in the control group were treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets 10 mg qd,and 34 cases in observation group who took modified Sini powder,combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment,TCM syndrome score before and after treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score,depression Self-rating Scale(SDS)score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,TCMSS,HAMD,SDS,and PSQI scores showed a downward trend,and the observation group was significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of modified Sini powder combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets on depression of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency is better than that anti-depression treatment with western medicine alone.
