摘要
血液是生命的源泉,是宝贵的临床医疗资源。虽然科学在不断的进步,但是目前血液只能来源于献血者。保护献血者的健康和安全是确保血液安全的基础,也是输血研究领域的一个关键问题。临床常见的大出血、化疗、放疗等各种因素造成的血小板数量或者功能下降的患者,均需要进行血小板输注。
To maintain the health and safety of blood donors is the basis of ensuring the safety of blood, and is also one of the key researches in the field of blood transfusions in the world＇s attention. This article reviewed the platelet donors mental health status, the change of blood routine, the condition of normal serum biochemical indexes monitoring, iron reserves of monitoring, and calcium metabolism related marker monitoring research progress.
