摘要
目的探讨功能性鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者的效果。方法选取我院2014年6月至2015年5月收治的80例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组进行传统根治手术治疗,观察组进行功能性鼻内镜手术,比较两组的治疗有效率、并发症发生率以及复发率。结果观察组的治疗有效率为95.0%,并发症发生率为5.0%,复发率为7.5%;对照组的治疗有效率为80.0%,并发症发生率为30.0%,复发率为25.0%;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的治疗中,功能性鼻内镜手术安全有效,可普及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of functional nasal endoscopic surgery for the treatment of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to May 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 40 eases in each group. The control group was given traditional radical surgery, while the observation group was given functional nasal endoscopic surgery. The effective rate, incidence of complications and recurrence rate were compared between two groups. Results The effective rate of observation group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 80.0% of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of complications and recurrence rate of observation group were 5.0% and 7.5% respectively, significantly lower than 30.0% and 25.0% of control group, respectively （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Functional nasal endoscopic surgery is an effective and safe method for the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, which is worthy of promotion and application.
