摘要
目的:评价薰衣草非精油组分3个样品及30个流分的抗氧化能力。方法:采用ORAC法(Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity,氧自由基吸收能力法或称荧光衰减法)进行研究。结果:计算得HP-20洗脱物(1.0200 mg/mL)ORAC值最高,为209.54μmol Trolox当量/g(n=6),抗氧化能力:HP-20洗脱物>聚酰胺洗脱物>70%乙醇提取物。用制备液相分离得到的30个流分中,同一浓度条件下,8#样品(1.0333 mg/mL)ORAC值最高,为395.04μmol Trolox当量/g(n=6),按照流分实际浓度计算,5#样品(0.7740 mg/mL)ORAC值最高,为224.09μmol Trolox当量/g(n=6)。结论:薰衣草非精油组分3个样品及30个流分均具有一定的抗氧化活性,聚酰胺及HP-20纯化后的样品比提取物的ORAC值有所提高,抗氧化活性略有增强,30个流分中5#样品抗氧化活性最强。
Objective:To study the antioxidant activities of lavender non-essential oil.Methods:Use ORAC (Oxygen radical absorbance capacity)method.Results:Oxidation resistance:HP-20 elution extracts>polyamide elution extracts>70% ethanol extracts.The top average ORAC value were 209.54 μmol TE/g (n=6)of the HP-20 elution extracts (1.0200 mg/mL).In the preparation of liquid phase separation flow of 30 points,under the condition of the same concentration,8# samples (1.0333 mg/mL) was the highest ORAC value,395.04μmol TE/g (n=6),according to the actual concentration calculation flow points,5# sample (0.7740 mg/mL)reached the highest ORAC value,224.09μmol TE/g (n=6). Conclusion:The lavender non-essential oil components of three samples and 30points all had certain antioxidant activity,polyamide and HP-20samples had higher ORAC value and antioxidant activity,5# sample had strongest antioxidant activity among the flow of 30 points.
