摘要
目的通过预试验初步了解老鸦糊的化学成分。方法采用化学成分系统预试验方法对老鸦糊的根，茎，叶的水提取液，乙醇提取液以及石油醚取液进行化学成分预实验鉴定。结果通过系统预试验，初步判斯老鸦糊的根，茎，叶所含的化学成分基本相同，其中可能含有酚类、鞣质、有机酸及糖类。结论本研究初次确定老鸦糊的化学成分，为进一步研究提价科学依据。
Objective To understand chemical components of callicarpa giraldii by pre - experiment. Methods Chemical components of callicarpa giraldii including its root, stem and leaves are qualitative - determined according to systemic pre - experiment method. Results Chemical components of caliiacarpa giraldii in root, stem and leaves are basically the same and may contain phenols, tannins, organic acids and carbohydrate. Conclusion This experiment preliminarily determines the chemical components of callcapa giraldii and provides information for turther study in callicapa giraldii.
