摘要
用一维热传导模型计算得出了激光辐照下InSb(PV)型探测器p-n结处的温升变化。计算和讨论了胶层的热传导率、厚度对激光破坏阈值及热恢复时间的影响。指出选用大热导率的胶并使胶层尽可能薄是提高探测器抗激光性能的有效方法。
The Temperature Raise of the p-n joint in InSb (PV) Detector is obtained using a 1 -D model of heat conduction .The effects of heat conductivity and thickness of glue on laser damage threshold and heat recovery time are calculated and discussed . It is pointed out that using the glue of high heat conductivity and making the thickness of the glue as thin as possible are effective for improving the protection of the detector .
