摘要
[目的]为绒毛白蜡的抗盐性研究提供理论依据。[方法]分别采用不同浓度(0(CK)、2.9、5.8、11.7、17.6、23.4、35.1 g/L)的NaCl及盐渍土壤盐浸提液(NMS)处理绒毛白蜡种子,比较不同处理种子的萌发及幼苗生长情况。[结果]随盐处理浓度的升高,绒毛白蜡种子的萌发率总体呈下降趋势;绒毛白蜡种子在NMS溶液中的发芽势和发芽指数显著高于相同浓度的NaCl处理。11.7 g/LNaCl及17.6g/LNMS盐溶液中绒毛白蜡幼苗仅出现根部生长,23.4、35.1 g/L盐溶液中无幼苗生长现象。复水处理后,在盐浓度临界值范围内,绒毛白蜡种子的萌发恢复率均达到90%以上。[结论]盐胁迫对绒毛白蜡种子萌发及幼苗生长均具有明显的抑制作用。
[Objective]The aim was to provided the theoretical basis for studying salt resistance of Fraxinus velutina Torr.[Method] The seeds of F.velutina were treated by NaCl and NMS with different concn.(0(CK),2.9,5.8,11.7,17.6,23.4,35.1 g/L),and the seed germination and seedling growth situations of F.velutina in different treatments were compared.[Result]With the increase of salt concn,the seed germination rate of showed decreasing trend as a whole.The germination energy and germination index of F.velutina seeds in NMS solution were significantly higher than those of F.velutina seeds in treatment with the same concn of NaCl.The seedlings of F.velutina in salt solution of 11.7 g/L NaCl and 17.6 g/L NMS only had root growth,and those in 23.4 and 35.1 g/L salt solution had no growth phenomena.After rehydration treatment,the germination recovery percentage of F.velutina seeds that were treated by salt in the range of critical concn reached over 90%.[Conclusion] Salt stress had obvious inhibition on seed germination and seedling growth of F.velutina.
