摘要
提高医药卫生类学生实践技能水平,探讨实践技能教学方式方法。通过随机方式选择班级为实验组,其他平行班级为对照组。对照组不参与预实验;实验组选择优秀学生成立培训队并参与预实验,正式实验时将他们分流到各小组中负责小组实验。对实验组与对照组实验的效果进行比较分析。实验组效果明显好于对照组,两两比较差异具有统计学意义。学生参与预实验后,能更好地领会教学意图,把握操作要求,有效发挥"二传手"的作用,利于实践课教学过程按计划正常进行,达成实践教学目标。
To increase the medical students' practical technical level, a teaching method was discussed which chooses some classes as experimental groups randomly, the other classes as comparing groups who don' t join the pre-experiment. The effects of experimental and comparing groups were analyzed and compared. The result shows that the effect of experimental groups is much better than that of comparing groups. After joining the pre-experiment, students can understand the teaching intention bettetr, and grasp the operating requirement better. This experiment can develop the "Setter ( in volleyball) " function efficiently, can be of advantage to carry on the practical teaching process according to the plan ,and reach the practical teaching aim.
