摘要
随着我国市场经济的发展和住房制度的改革,房地产市场逐渐活跃起来。然而,商品房销售过程中的不法行为也随之出现。从应当适用《消费者权益保护法》对商品房销售欺诈行为加以调整的角度,探讨如何在我国现有法律框架下,加大对商品房消费者合法权益的保护力度。
With the development of market economy and the reform of housing system, the real estate business enlivens gradually.However, the illegal acts often show up in the process of selling commercial buildings as well.This essay, from the angle of whether we can use Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Law to regulate the deceptive behaviors in selling commercial buildings,discusses how to safeguard consumers'lawful rights and interests under our country's present laws.
