摘要
目的 :研究电针“井穴”对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区超微结构的影响。方法 :实验大鼠采用双侧颈总动脉反复缺血 -再灌注法 ,并配合行为学测试确立模型。术后 4天电针“中冲”、“涌泉”治疗 ,电镜观察海马CA1区神经元变性、坏死情况。结果 :VD大鼠治疗后的海马CA1区神经元变性、坏死情况明显好转 ,其异常改变的神经元数量明显下降 ,效果优于盐酸川芎嗪治疗对照组。结论 :电针“井穴”可减轻海马CA1区神经元变性、坏死。
Objective:To investige the effects of electroacupuncture(EA) at 'jing' point on ultrastructure in vascular dementia (VD) rats.Methods:VD rat models were established by repeatedly clipping the common carotid(CCA) of the rats.The models were also screened by the tests of behavior.The VD rats were treated by EA at 'Zhong Chong' (PC9) and 'Yong Quan' (KI1) points on the fourth day after the operation.The changes and deaths of neurons in hippocampal CA1 area were screened by electromicroscope.Results:The changes and deaths of neurons in hippocampal CA1 area of the rats turned to better greatly,and the quantities of uncommon neurons were declined significantly.The effects of the EA are superior to the ligustrazine hydrochloride group.Conclusion:The changes and deaths of neurons in hippocampal CA1 area could be lightened by EA at 'Jing' points.
