摘要
目前绝大多数电厂的运行人员在机组运行过程中,当负荷变化、循环水入口温度变化及凝汽器工作条件变化时,仅凭经验通过看真空表值,来决定开启循环水泵的台数,因此不一定是在机组的最佳真空下运行.采用绘图方法,以国产300 MW机组为例,分析了循环水入口温度变化时,不同的机组负荷、不同的循环水流量对应的汽轮机功率改变值和循环水泵耗功的改变值,从而得出循环水系统的优化运行方案;利用Visual Basic 6.0面向对象语言,基于Windows系统,开发了循环水系统优化运行的可视化软件,为电厂的经济运行提供了理论依据.
In most power plants,when the load is changed,inlet temperature of cooling water is changed and condenser's working conditions are changed,operators decide how many cooling water pumps will be set up by observation the value of the condenser vacuum.Therefore the results may be not the best vacuum of the unit.In this paper,using the drawing methods for 300MW unit,analyzing turbine power variations and circulating water pump power consumption variations in the difference circulating water flow rate when the inlet temperature of circulating water is changed and unit load is changed,and then providing the optimal operation plan of circulating water system.And using Visual Basic 6.0 object-oriented language,based on Windows systems,the visualization software for the optimal operation of circulating water system is developed and it provides the theoretical basis for economic operation in thermal power plant.
