摘要
开发了一种用于纯水中痕量Na+的流动注射离子选择性电极快速测定法。以高纯水作载流,实现了在线自动微量碱化、电极自动清洗和完全密封状态下的测定,彻底解决了常规法测量时样品被空气钠离子污染,不能进行准确测定的问题。测定范围为2 0~100μg/L,检出限为1 0μg/L,进样频率为50样/h,一次用样量仅为0 3mL,已成功地用于电厂炉水、蒸汽中痕量Na+的测定。碱化剂用量仅为常规工业钠表的1/50左右。在此基础上开发的新型在线钠表可大大降低耗碱量,提高经济指标,保护环境。
A quick determination method for sodium ion of boiler water and steam at power plants with flow-injection analysis(FIA)and ion selective electrode(ISE)has been expoitured.The basiclize can be accomplished automatically,and the measurement is under sealed circumvent.The electrodes can be rinsed automatically;there is good linearity in the range of 2~100 μg/L.Also,it analyzs very quickly,50 samples/h can be analyzed and the consumption of sample is only 0.3mL/sample.It has been used to determine the trace-level sodium of boiler water and steam at power plants successfully.Alkalization reagent dosage is about 1/50 of general industrial sodium Instrument.The new pattern on-line sodium instrument based on it can reduce alkali dissipation,improve economy index,protect environment.
